Data collected
We only collect strictly necessary information: name, email, phone, stay dates and message. No banking data is stored on our servers; payments are handled by a secure external provider. The site and the form are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States): this transfer outside the European Union is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Purpose and legal basis
To manage your booking, contact you during and after the stay, send your invoice, reply to an information request. The legal basis is the performance of the booking contract and pre-contractual steps, compliance with our legal (notably accounting) obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering your requests. No data is ever resold.
Retention period
Booking data: legal accounting period. Information requests without follow-up: 12 months.
Cookies
The site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies necessary to operation (language storage) and an anonymised analytics tool are used.
