The site has no form: we only collect what you send us yourself by email or phone (name, contact details, preferred stay dates). Booking and payment are operated by Gîtes de France on its own site, under its privacy policy; no banking data passes through us or is stored by us. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States): this transfer outside the European Union is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your information requests, contact you before, during and after the stay, and comply with our legal obligations, notably accounting ones. The legal basis is the performance of the rental contract and pre-contractual steps, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering your requests. No data is ever resold.
Retention period
Booking data: legal accounting period. Information requests without follow-up: 12 months.

The site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies necessary to operation (language storage) and an anonymised analytics tool are used.
